When is payment due?
To initiate your project, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the agreement. Our team will commence work once the balance is paid in full.
For Rush orders, full payment is due upfront, and all required content must be submitted to the designer before work commences.
Do you offer packages for your services?
Our team can create a customized package based on your needs. Submit a request form to receive a project quote.
What do you look for in a client or great working partnership?
I love working with impact-driven, service-based solopreneurs who like to have fun in their businesses. Not only do they trust what we do, but they also love to collaborate. Industries can include Professionals, Boutiques, Interior Design, Coaching, Lifestyle, Organizations, and Health/Wellness, to name a few.
What form of payment do you accept, and how do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our invoices are processed securely through Dubsado using Stripe payment system.
How do you handle correspondence?
We usually communicate with our clients via email. Once you receive the project preview, we will try to contact you up to three times. If we don't hear back from you after 30 days of our initial email, we will assume that your project is final and no further edits or requests will be initiated.
Is there an additional fee for rush design requests?
Our standard turnaround time for graphic designs typically falls within the range of 7-10 business days. For website designs, the process generally spans 4-6 weeks unless the client opts for our intensive service.
For clients seeking expedited services, we offer the following options for an additional fee:
$150 for completion within 5 business days.
$350 for completion within 3 business days.
$550 for completion within 1 business day.
Please note that these fees are supplementary to the regular service price and must be paid in full upfront, along with the submission of requested content.
Should I invest in The Evolving Experience if I am starting out?
If you are just starting out in your business, we recommend checking our Design Intensives first, as it provides you with a strong, professional brand identity. The Evolving Experience is a better fit for entrepreneurs who have been in business for 3+ years and looking to scale beyond their DIY.
Will you teach me how to use and maintain my website?
Heck, yes, absolutely! We want to ensure you have access to your website post-launch. After our time together, we provide our clients with On-Demand Tutorials and resources so they can easily update their websites. We walk through your website together and the training is recorded for you. That way you have a keepsake video of the training. Of course, we are always a message away if you need anything!

Is search engine optimization (SEO) included with your design services?
We offer Basic on-page SEO with web design services, which include image optimization, styling tags, etc. We do recommend working with an SEO copywriter who can help conduct keyword research for your copy or an SEO specialist for more advanced strategies.
How much should I be prepared to invest in a website? Are there payment plans?
As a general note, I do not offer fixed pricing for my services because I truly believe each of my client's needs, wants, and goals are SO different & unique, which is why I would like to get to know you better first before we discuss pricing. However, clients who invest in branding, web design, + copy, on average, invest $750 - $5,500 + USD. And yes! Payment plans are always available.
How soon should I be booking a custom design project with you?
We are seriously over the moon that you are interested in working together! We tend to book 2 months out, so the earlier you reach out, the better you can reserve your spot. DOES YOUR TEAM PROVIDE CONTENT WEBSITE DESIGNS?
ANSWER: YES. OUR TEAM IS EQUIPPED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE TO ASSIST OUR CLIENTS WITH CREATING CONTENT TO PUBLISH. OUR TEAM WILL PERFORM THE NECESSARY RESEARCH TO COME UP WITH RELEVANT CONTENT THAT ALIGNS WITH OUR CLIENT’S BRAND AND BUSINESS. ALTHOUGH WE FIND THAT OUR TEAM HANDLING THE CONTENT HELPS THE PROJECT TO MOVE AT A QUICKER PACE, WE ENCOURAGE OUR CLIENT’S INVOLVEMENT IN THE CONTENT CREATION PHASE ALSO. ALL CONTENT WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE CLIENT PRIOR TO PUBLISHING ON THE WEBSITE. CONTENT INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO BLOGS, ABOUT PAGES, THE INTRO, HEADERS, SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, ETC.
DO YOUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SIGN CONTRACTS/ AGREEMENTS FOR YOUR SERVICES?
ANSWER: YES. WE REQUIRE THAT A CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT BE SIGNED BY ALL CLIENTS FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: WEBSITE DESIGN, LOGO DESIGN, SOCIAL MEDIA SERVICES, BRAND SERVICES, AND OUR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SETUP SERVICES. WE MAY REQUIRE THAT THE CLIENT SIGNS AN AGREEMENT FOR CUSTOM SERVICES AS WELL.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CLIENT REFUSES TO SIGN THE CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT?
ANSWER: SHOULD THE CLIENT REFUSE TO SIGN THE CONTRACT/AGREEMENT, OUR AGENCY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES. WE HAVE THE CLIENT SIGN CONTRACTS OR AGREEMENTS TO ASSURE THAT BOTH PARTIES ARE IN COMPLIANCE.
DO YOU ACCEPT CHECKS?
ANSWER: NO. OUR AGENCY DOES NOT ACCEPT CHECKS AT THIS TIME.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY OF YOUR SERVICES?
ANSWER: NO. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR SERVICES, WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS AT THIS TIME FOR ANY OF OUR SERVICES.
DO YOU OFFER TRAINING?
ANSWER: YES. OUR AGENCY GLADLY OFFERS TRAINING TO OUR CLIENTS AFTER WE COMPLETE THEIR WEBSITE. IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT OUR CLIENTS KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THEIR WEBSITE UPON COMPLETION. IT’S OUR ULTIMATE GOAL TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR CLIENTS ARE CONFIDENT AND COMFORTABLE MAINTAINING, NAVIGATING, AND OPERATING THEIR WEBSITE. WE ALSO TRAIN OUR CLIENTS ON HOW TO USE THEIR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DUBSADO) AFTER WE’VE COMPLETED THE SETUP.
DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS, AND DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM?
ANSWER: YES. WE GLADLY OFFER CONSULTATIONS FOR POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND OR CURRENT CLIENTS. THE FEE IS $90, WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TO THE CLIENT’S PROJECT SHOULD THE CLIENT CHOOSE TO MOVE FORWARD. SHOULD THE CLIENT DECIDE NOT TO MOVE FORWARD WITH OUR SERVICES, THE FEE WILL BE NON- REFUNDABLE. THE CONSULTATION FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE CLIENT MEETS WITH OUR TEAM.
HOW DO YOU CONDUCT YOUR CONSULTATIONS, MEETINGS, AND REVEALS?
ANSWER: OUR AGENCY HOST CONSULTATIONS, MEETINGS, AND REVEALS VIA ZOOM RING CENTRAL. HOWEVER, CONSULTATIONS MAY BE HELD VIA PHONE. *PLEASE KNOW THAT CONSULTATIONS, MEETINGS, AND REVEALS WILL BE RECORDED.
DO YOU OFFER REVISIONS?
ANSWER: YES. WE ALWAYS STRIVE TO DELIVER THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES WE WILL HAVE A CLIENT WHO MAY ASK FOR REVISIONS TO BE MADE. REVISIONS VARIES, SO WE ENCOURAGE OUR CLIENTS TO PLEASE READ THEIR CONTRACTS OR AGREEMENT TO SEE HOW MANY REVISIONS THEY ARE ENTITLED TO.
DOES YOUR AGENCY OFFER ANY SERVICES OTHER THAN WEBSITE DESIGN, LOGO DESIGN, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND BRANDING?
ANSWER: YES. WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE OUR CLIENTS WITH EVERYTHING THEY MAY NEED IN ORDER TO BRING THEIR VISION TO LIFE. OUR AGENCY HAS PARTNERED WITH SOME INCREDIBLE FREELANCERS AND OTHER TEAMS TO HELP WITH PHOTOGRAPHY, MAKEUP, HAIR, WARDROBE STYLING, EVENT PLANNING, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO LET US KNOW WHAT SERVICE OR SERVICES YOU NEED IN ORDER TO BRING YOUR VISION TO LIFE AND OUR TEAM WILL HAPPILY PUT TOGETHER A PLAN FOR YOU.
